This workshop is divided into two parts:
Social Media Content Strategy- 9am-12:00pm
The morning session, led by Marianne Lepa, is devoted to defining and composing your narrative story for a consistent message across your social media platforms.
Social media is a unique opportunity to build a personal connection with your audience. In this workshop you will focus on creating a fascinating narrative that your followers will find interesting and want to share with their friends. Narrative is the story of you and your work; it allows you to create a more personal experience with your followers and gives your followers a deeper understanding of your creations. This three hour workshop will step though the process of understanding your unique story and how to present it to your social media audience. At the end of the session you will have a developed a narrative story for yourself and your work and know how to push it through all of your channels.

· Scheduling tools and time saving tips
Marianne Lepa has more than 25 years experience in marketing communications and publishing. Specializing in the arts, Marianne is currently the social media specialist for Artfest Ontario and for Shoebox PR, an artist marketing agency in Los Angeles, along with other private clients. She holds a B.A. in Humanities from McMaster University and an Arts Management diploma from Humber College.
Social Media Analytics for Artists- 1pm-5pm
In this workshop founder and senior partner of GILL Solutions Management, George Gill, will be diving into social media analytics as it applies to your marketing efforts.
